Aditya is an Edinburgh-based spoken word poet, although he isn't really sure where he belongs - India, the UK, his own head - and that's the biggest reason he writes. Over the last one year, his work has taken him to some of the biggest and most prestigious spoken word platforms in the UK, including the Loud Poets Grand Slam Final, the Scottish National Championship Finals (where he emerged in third place), and the Roundhouse in London, where he recently became the 20th Roundhouse Champion. Aditya has studied poetry in his Bachelor's and Master's, and he loves experimenting with rhythm, form, and language to bring a new thought and a new feeling to his audience with every performance. When he's not writing or performing poetry, Aditya can be found working his day job in marketing, singing his favourite song (or any song), or enjoying a cosy dinner with his lovely wife.
