Laura (she/her) is a German/Spanish

freelance poet, writer, singer-songwriter, illustrator, total liberation activist, workshop facilitator, journalist, archaeologist, and Indo-European linguist from Germany.🌺

As a survivor of childhood abuse and a Highly Sensitive Person, living with complex trauma, chronic illness, and poverty, she is passionate about the interconnection of all oppression and liberation (of all living beings), depathologising trauma, and the healing power of creativity, nature, and community.

She also has a special interest in decolonising history and reconnecting to European animist ways of relating, as part of unlearning whiteness and decolonising the body-soul-mind.
