Laura (she/her) is a freelance poet, singer-songwriter, illustrator, total liberation activist, lived experience trauma educator, and journalist, currently living in Germany (part German/Hispanic).🌺

As a survivor of childhood/teenage abuse and a Highly Sensitive Person, she is passionate about the interconnection of all oppression and liberation (human and non-human), depathologising trauma, and the healing power of creativity and nature. With a background in archaeology and so-called "Indo-European" linguistics, she also has a special interest in decolonising "pre-history" and reconnecting to European ancestors without whiteness.

Her creative and philosophical writing has appeared in the 4M, The Anti-Misogyny Club, and (upcoming) Xicana Vegan and Asylum zines. An upcoming essay will be featured in "Global Vegan Voices" (2027).

You can find her running and singing through the forest somewhere in the remnants of the Hercynian Forest, writing manuscripts for poetry collections and novels that she's too anxious to self-publish, and (figuratively) burning the DSM.🔥😍👌
