Laura (she/her) is a German/Spanish

freelance poet, writer, singer-songwriter, illustrator, total liberation activist, facilitator/educator, journalist, archaeologist, and Indo-European linguist from Germany.🌺

As a survivor of childhood abuse and a Highly Sensitive Person, living with complex trauma, chronic illness, and poverty, she is passionate about the interconnection of all oppression and liberation (of humans, fellow animals, all living beings, and Mother Earth), depathologising trauma, and the healing power of creativity, nature, and love.

She also has a special interest in decolonising history and reconnecting to animist European ancestors as part of unlearning whiteness and decolonising the body-soul-mind.

You can find her running and singing somewhere in the remnants of the Hercynian Forest (and collecting litter).
