Lawrence "May Thurd" Fauntleroy was born May 26th, 1992 and raised in The Bronx, NY. His passion for music started at the age of 6 when he began writing rhymes in his notebook every single day. May's life would change when he entered middle school and became a member of the Boys Choir Of Harlem. "Those times were by far the best experiences of my life" May says. He has traveled the world singing for some of the world's most important people. Such as, Nelson Mandela, 50 cent, Black Enterprise Magazine, Hillary Clinton, George Bush, Desmond Bishop TuTu, Keith Wrangle, and the list goes on. However, May says that his most memorable was performing at P.Diddy's 35th birthday party. "That's when I knew I wanted to be a star. It wasn't the amount of people that were there, but who were there struck me the most. I want a bunch of important people who influenced my drive to celebrate my birthday with me one day." 

May Thurd is an aspiring rapper/song-writer who's goal is to be a voice for anyone in the world who has trouble expressing themselves. "My goal is to approach the grittiness of the world and transform it into a celebration. Once I've changed millions of human's outlooks on life, I will start being satisfied with my own. Until then, I will keep searching."
