Noor is a spoken-word artist, singer, and writer who believes poetry is the ultimate free therapy. Her journey kicked off as a Semi-Finalist in the BBC Words First competition in 2021, and she’s been lighting up stages across the UK ever since—from Brixton to Scotland. (Noor means light hehe)

Noor was commissioned by the Mayor of London on World Mental Health Day and has also performed at the Commonwealth Games ceremony in Birmingham. Noor is a part of the Flovortex Collective, Noor thrives on bringing words to life and exploring big feelings through a mic. For her, poetry is all about finding the story that only you can tell—and having fun with it while you do.
