Krista Kujat (RHIAH) is an award-winning essayist, poet, memoirist, and educator whose work celebrates connection, authenticity, and the beauty of living boldly. A winner of the Soul-Making Keats Literary Award and the Independent Spirit Award for film, Rhiah has created transformative programs like The Passion Guide, The Sacred Sexy Course, and Principles of Love. Her work empowers individuals to break free from inherited patterns, embrace sensuality, and foster meaningful relationships. Through inquiry, intuitive practices, and body-oriented wisdom, she inspires lasting change and relational healing.

Born in Calgary, Canada, she began her career as an environmental scientist before transitioning into acting in New York City, trauma therapy, and founding Veritas Vista, a retreat business in Northern California. Outside of writing and mentoring, Rhiah dances her way through Los Angeles studios, hikes sunlit trails, and indulges in life’s simple pleasures, like fuzzy socks and smooth jazz.
